No charge if the vehicle is returned late

Notify the agency in advance and a rate will be agreed for the additional rental days.

No additional insurance costs

Third-party insurance included in your rental. In the event of an accident caused by another driver, you are fully covered. 

If you are responsible for the accident, the excess is applied by category:

A. SMALL COMFORT: 1000€
B. MEDIUM & MEDIUM COMFORT 1000€
C. LARGE & SUV: 1200€
D. 7 SEATS : 1500€

Excess reduction option : you can reduce your excess by 50% for an additional cost of €40 per rental*.

The rental starts with a full tank of fuel

If the car is returned with less fuel, there is a surcharge of €30 on top of the fuel costs. 

The renter

The driver must be at least 21 years old + have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years + have a credit card.

COMPLETING THE ACCIDENT REPORT FORM

An accident report is available in the vehicle glove box.

No charge will be applied, you are fully covered

The excess amount depends on the category of vehicle: A.SMALL COMFORT : 1000€ – B.MEDIUM & MEDIUM COMFORT: 1000€ – C.LARGE: 1200€ – D.7 SEATS: 1500€

Theft of baggage is not refunded.

puncture or rim damage

Any problem due to a puncture or damage to a wheel rim of the vehicle caused by the hirer is at the hirer’s expense and must be resolved by the hirer.
